1.1 Movement Medicine Online Classes

1.1.1 Online classes are available through our website and require prior registration. 1.1.2 Access to online classes is granted upon receipt of payment. 1.1.3 Class schedules and availability are subject to change. We will notify registered participants of any changes via email.

1.2 Movement Medicine Live Classes

1.2.1 Live classes are held at multiple locations across the Garden Route. 1.2.2 Participants must book their spots in advance through our online booking system. 1.2.3 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule.

1.3 Live Events Across the Garden Route

1.3.1 We host various live events, including workshops and ceremonies. 1.3.2 Event details, including location and schedule, will be provided on our website and via email to registered participants. 1.3.3 Tickets for events are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person with prior notice.

1.4 Monthly Subscription Service for Members

1.4.1 Members can subscribe to our monthly service for exclusive access to online content and special events. 1.4.2 Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. 1.4.3 No refunds will be issued for partial months.

1.5 Online Booking System

1.5.1 Our online booking system allows you to book classes, events, and other services. 1.5.2 Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. 1.5.3 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative booking option.

2. Payments

2.1 All payments are processed securely through our online payment gateway. 2.2 We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website. 2.3 Prices for services are subject to change without notice. However, prices at the time of booking will be honored.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellations for online classes must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. 3.2 Cancellations for live classes and events must also be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. 3.3 No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service. 3.4 Subscription services can be canceled at any time but are non-refundable for the current billing period.

4.1 Participation in our classes and events is voluntary. We are not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from participation. 4.2 We strive to provide accurate information on our website but are not responsible for any errors or omissions. 4.3 Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties, expressed or implied.
